Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles, be proficient with the latest design and AI tools, and possess the ability to think outside the box. Experience in 3D modeling and animation is a significant advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual content for various platforms, including digital and print media be it social media posts, carousels, flyers, brochures etc.

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Specific Examples of Work:

Candidates should have experience in creating:

• Static Graphics 

• Carousel Posts 

• Flyers & Brochures 

• Standees

• Annual Reports

Qualifications:

 

Education: Diploma or higher in Multimedia, Graphic Design.

 

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard graphic design software, including:

• Canva

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Autodesk 3ds Max) is a plus.

 

Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques & understanding of the clients brand guidelines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in design work.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
